If your dog loves the mud but doesnt necassarily need a full groom, our Wash and Go service is perfect!

Your pet will be bathed with a specialist shampoo that is specific to their coat and skin type to bring out the best result in their appearance. A blow dry and brush ensures they will leave dry and tangle free too.

A nail trim and ear clean are included.

If you would like your dog to have a  specific style, trim or handstrip, then our groom option is suitable for you.

Grooming prices will vary between breeds as well as coat condition. A matted coat will take much longer to groom than a regularly brushed one! Prices start from £30

This option is great for dogs who may need a quick tidy up between grooms. Services include nail trimming, ear cleaning, eyebrow trimming, feet trims and tail trims. The small details make a difference!

Is it your dogs first time to the groomers or puppies first experience? If this is the case, we would advise a puppy introduction. Salons can be noisy, scary places for young dogs who will need a slow introduction to being groomed. This is highly beneficial in the long run.

Your puppy will be introduced to the equipment used for a groom and the noises in a salon. We aim to make this enjoyable and fun so your dog learns the groomers is a safe place.

As we are guided by and work within the Animal Welfare Act and Health and Safety at Work Act, we are committed to providing caring and humane grooming. Matted areas will be clipped off as this is the least traumatic and most pain free way in which to deal with this for your dog. Combing out is limited to 10 minutes, anymore and this constitutes de-matting.

Fees vary according to size of dog, breed, coat type and length and presenting condition.

It is the responsibility of the owner to notify salon staff at the start of every visit to the salon any coat, skin and medical condition, along with any behavioural issue that may affect the grooming of their dog.

If we are unable to complete the groom due to your pets unreasonable or dangerous behaviour, the full groom cost will apply.

Cancellation policy: a 50% groom fee will apply for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if you miss the appointment
